Public Hearing Set On Zoning Change Locust Corner
Union township trustees hold a public hearing at 8 tonight on Edward H. and Betty L. Stagnaro’s zoning change request from resort to industry for an 18 acre tract on the Clermont Hamilton County line between U S 52 and the Ohio River. The site would host a $500000 asphalt plant. Pierce township zoning commission rejected the request April 9. trustees must vote unanimously to reverse the recommendation. Clermont County planning commission favors approval saying industry attracts growth despite potential nuisance.
