CECOS exes inspect leakage in Williamsburg area
Truman Bennett president of a geological consulting firm and Aveni visited Williamsburg Thursday to announce a closing. Bennett described a lower sand sill crossing the area and lenses of sand tied to the leakage problem. His report calls for a deep slurry cut off well with dewatering or a deep perimeter drain, noting torn synthetic liners in cells three eight and untested chemical effects.
