Residents oppose 38 acre zoning change near Old Ohio Drive
Batavia Township residents petitioned against rezoning a 38 acre tract near Old Ohio Drive from residential to light industry citing traffic noise lighting and runoff concerns. Trustees will decide at the May 21 meeting after reviewing the petition and objections presented by Kazua Inis Tashi and others.
