Amputation of Feet May Be Avoided by Doctors
Doctors at Bethesda Hospital Cincinnati report a good chance to save Donald E. Rose’s feet after they were nearly severed by a mowing machine near his Olive Hill Kentucky home. The seven year old son of Mr and Mrs Elwood Rose was struck Monday by the horse drawn machine driven by his cousin Arvil Packett. Initial outlook was doubtful but gashes have been repaired and circulation restoration could save the feet. Further operations may be required.
