Owners Howard and Janet Melvin promote fresh ingredients for dishes from farm fresh corn to Cajun fish, Creole bouillabaisse, and more. Reservations are accepted.
Folk musicians perform on the porch of the Hayner House during the Sharon Woods Village First Annual Folk Festival on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m. Watermelon will be for sale and a melon seed spitting contest will be held. An Antique folk instruments exhibit from Emile Dobos runs Aug 7 to Sept 4. Dulcimers balladeers cloggers and five vocal groups provide diverse American music with Cincinnati dulcimer society workshops.
