Plaintiff Charlie Cizek through Torgeson and Halcomb Attorneys seeks dissolution of marriage from Leontine N. Cizek in the Cheyenne County District Court. The Sidney Nebraska Board of Public Works held its regular meeting at 7 30 p m with Chair Dr R E Roche presiding. Attendees included N W Lagard Secretary A D Greenlee E L Uptegrove R J Porter Vern Livingston Willis King Ray Hall and others. Minutes from August 13 were approved. bills totaling 17 505 45 for Electric 8 560 96 for Water and 333 30 for Sewer were approved. The treasurer was instructed to draw checks for special reimbursements and account transfers including 33 043 54 to the Operation and Maintenance Account 10 000 00 to the Operation and Maintenance Account and 3 437 50 to the Bond Account. Bills for water main work in the west part of Sidney and roof repairs on the police station and City Auditorium were approved. A bill for 0 from R P Kepler concerning the Ladegard bond was approved. Floyd Sanks and Vern Livingston were directed to attend the Sewage and Water Works school in Denver September 24 27. Discussion covered purchasing a new line truck and the need to run an 8 inch water line to the Sidney Laundry and new houses west on Grant Street. construction to be done as needed. Meeting adjourned at 9 15.
