The Sidney Gibson Ford Legion Juniors swept Cheyenne in a Sunday doubleheader at Potter. Sidney won 3-2 in game one as Jim Slama delivered a first inning RBI double and pitched a complete game, allowing six hits and fanning two. In game two Sidney led 8-2 before Cheyenne rallied for four runs in the seventh, but Sidney held on for an 8-6 victory.
