Local Notes From Central City and Nearby Residents

Mrs Walter Green spent Sunday with Mrs Mace at Central City. BYPU members met Tuesday evening at the home of Mr and Mrs Wallace Sandell. Raymond Stunkle helped at the home of Mr and Mrs Lester Rehrs Sunday evening. Cyclinder sheller on truck wanted near Heardville. Albert Sundberg visited Lincoln last week. Mr and Mrs Paul Stevens and Mr and Mrs Richard Sealey visited Grand Island Wednesday. Sanford Avder son and Aryette of McPherson Kansas visited Tuesday. Augusta Johnson, Harold Hanquist, P A Hanquist and Ebba entertained Tuesday. Elmer Hanquist and children Gilbert Benson Albert Benson and Albert Weiderman ill at Gilbert Benson home. We are glad they are improving. Ernest Lundborg returned home Saturday after three weeks in Town. Micov and Virs Sanford Anderson and daughter from McPherson Kansas visited last week. James, listed with PA Hanada and Mrs Augusta John Son.

A shower for Miss Martha Jones preceded her marriage to Harold Yohe. The Progress published early to celebrate Armistice Day. Local events include anniversaries, a mock wedding, and folk visiting Omaha for business.

Final Report in Estate of Stella J Moberg

Notice in Polk County Nebraska states the administrator filed a final account and petition for final settlement and heirship determination. Hearing set for November 18, 1938 at 10 a.m. to contest the decree discharging the administrator. County Judge L. Merrick issues seal with notice dated October 24 1938 and published October 27 November 3 10. Most of us look in the wrong places for the secrets of success.
