Notices warn landowners to cut Canada Thistles under Nebraska law or face fines from ten to forty dollars. Also approved appointment of W. W. Norton as substitute County Judge for Polk County Estates of Alonzo and Frederick Merrick with a ten thousand dollar bond.
Notice to creditors of the estate of C. E. Cohagan deceased in Polk County Nebraska. A county court hearing will occur October 4 1937 to hear adjust and allow all filed claims. Creditors must file claims by October 2 1937 or be forever barred. Dated June 8 1937. L. M. Merrick County Judge.
