Six professors from the National Research Council grass committee meet in Scottsbluff with National Park Service officials to inspect a grazing area north of the city. Omaha collector of internal revenue O Moyne M O Malley reports Nebraska federal income tax receipts rose by over 100 percent from the previous year in the second quarter.
