Final Order Vacating Road in Polk County Nebraska
The Polk County Board of Commissioners orders vacating a public road described as running east between Sections 24 and 13 from the northwest corner of Section 24 to the northeast corner, witnessed at Osceola on February 21, 1950, with attestation by County Clerk John S. Anderson and members Louis E. Daum Eli W. Johnson Arthur S. Nelson. The record notes the February 1 1951 submission and subsequent approval.
