Frank Morgan pled guilty to robbing G N box cars and was sentenced by Judge Goss to one year in the state penitentiary. He was taken to Bismarck Tuesday night in custody of a deputy sheriff. Morgan claimed he acted alone. co-defendants Brown and Eckert were not implicated.
