Horses Stolen From Farmer Near City
Three horses were stolen last week from James W. Kellar’s farm about nine miles north of the city. He fed them around ten o’clock, and they were taken shortly after. The horses had eaten oats but not hay, suggesting a prompt theft. A $100 reward is offered for information leading to recovery and conviction.
