Willard teachers keep working as contract undecided

Willard Schools Lose Phone Service for Days
Willard City Schools will go offline with phones and fiber network starting Thursday at about 3 p.m. while Time Warner runs new fiber for demolition of Willard Middle School after turnover to the contractor.
