Withholding Tax Prospect in Iowa Legislatures Push

It traces Peronist policies, centralized controls, and the peso’s devaluation, noting U.S. grants amid capital flight and a fragile Argentine economy. The piece urges Congress to study the Argentine case as a cautionary lesson.
