Lake season to open April 20 say boat men

Workers gear up for an early start as soon as ice and weather permit, with conditions in the Soo and St. Marys River the main holdback. About 55,000,000 tons of iron ore and large flour and feed shipments are poised for the season, and lake traffic is forecast to be brisk despite a past labor strike.
