Gogebic County Board Adopts Park and Tax Resolutions
Adjourned Gogebic County Board meeting at Bessemer August 7 1923 approves hiring an assistant to the county contagious disease physician at 125 dollars per month. It names Stickley State Park for the Lake Gogebic State Park and okays land purchases for fair improvements and park uses. Further actions include tax warrant for land, park camping policy, and a state tax commission ruling on equalization.
