Delay Case Of Woman Car Driver
Mrs. Helen N. Hart, 51, of 54 Partition St., charged with leaving the scene without reporting an accident, driving an uninsured car, and no operator’s license, appeared with Pierce H. Russell before Judge LaVerne G. Lewis. Russell pleaded not guilty and requested adjournment to Dec. 21. The incident stems from Tuesday afternoon’s crash in which Robert Kisselback of Albany, an employee of First Trust Co., was injured while approaching the vehicle. He is in St. Peter’s Hospital in fair condition. In a separate matter, Edward H. Braley Jr., 20, of Albany, was fined 150 dollars after pleading guilty to no insurance, no license, and unregistered vehicle charges. He paid 100 dollars for insurance and 25 dollars for each of the other counts and was released.
