Revival closes at Rockdale U M Church wedding planned
The Rockdale United Methodist Church held its closing Revival service Sunday night. Miss Lorryn Jones and Mr Paul Raker plan to wed at Eden Chapel U M Church on April 27 at 7 30 pm with a reception afterward. The date also marks the clocks set ahead one hour. An important Sunday School teachers and substitutes meeting is set for April 18 at 7 30 pm.

Hamster nutrition project wins at Miami University fair
Christina Brinkman, a William Henry Harrison High School tenth grader, won the zoology prize at the Miami University Southwest Ohio District Science Fair for Food for Thought. She earned 25 dollars, a college biology book, and a medal after studying nutrition effects on two hamsters in a controlled setup. The project, developed for her school fair, will advance to the state level on April 27.

Jump Rope For Heart at St John’s School a Success
Students at St John's School raised 1289 dollars in the Jump Rope For Heart event sponsored by the American Heart Association. Over 380 students from grades 2 through 8 jumped rope. 56 participants earned patches with ten dollars or more, Shelly Greiner led with 33.95 and a warm up suit.
