Diller Village Grants Electric Franchise to Beatrice Power

Ordinance grants Beatrice Power Company a ten year franchise to construct maintain and operate an electric system in Diller Jefferson County Nebraska. The ordinance covers poles lines conduits and equipment across streets and public places with rates and meters specified for residential commercial lighting and motor service and includes maintenance tree trimming and restoration provisions and delivery point rules.

Beatrice Power Company Franchise Ordinance for Diller Village
