Public sale announced for October 15 at 1 PM at residence in Batavia for household and kitchen furniture. Local notices include county commissioners meeting, community visits, family events, and church activities with various residents from Batavia and nearby towns.
A collage of classified items shows old ads including Fletcher's Castoria claim line for children, milk delivery offer in Batavia after October 1, fence and fertilizer promotions from M. F. McNutt in Williamsburg Ohio, and several property transfers and notices in Batavia Township and nearby areas.
The notice records a meeting at Lenigpon on the seventh of February. It lists totals and a price for the item, citing William Ream as the person involved.
The General Assembly resolves to submit an amendment to Ohio's constitution at the November 1921 general election. The proposal would authorize the Sinking Fund to issue up to 25 million dollars in state bonds bearing interest up to 5.5 percent, with proceeds into a World War Compensation Fund. A yearly tax levy would retirement the bonds and cover administration costs, and eligible veterans would receive up to 250 dollars in retirement pay, subject to conditions and disqualifications outlined.
