Eli Speidel and Miss Bessie Walker led the program with songs prayers and a welcome address praising Burdeau's 62 years of ministry. The ex service men enjoyed music refreshments and social time while Rev Burdeau spoke of Batavia’s history and thanked attendees for their fellowship. Rev Smith could not attend but sent good wishes and greetings.
