Army Staff Sergeant Tal Bert Campbell and his wife Myrtle of Milford Ohio reside on Route 1 were recently assigned to the 12th Engineer Battalion in Germany. Campbell, a tank commander, previously served with the Battalion's ent Army in September 1997 and was stationed at Fort Knox.
