Newtown adopts an ordinance licensing and regulating mobile homes used as dwellings. Property owners must provide separate toilets and showers, surfaced roads, city water, sewage disposal, and an 800 square foot space per trailer with a registration book for village inspections. The measure targets trailer courts and requires licenses from the Mayor.
