Regional 4 meeting of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs in Cincinnati presided by Mrs. J F Jordan of Terrace Park elected Mrs. Thomas Logsdon of Town and Country Garden Club Hamilton regional director for 1963 1964 and featured garden therapy talks by Mrs. Frank Herre Milford. Mary Takahashi demonstrated Japanese flower arranging with notes on Nageire Moribana and her art career. Hamilton County Garden Clubs hosted the event at Cincinnati Gas & Electric.
