Milford man takes own life amid ill health
William McGee of Rt. 4 Batavia ended his life Friday with a shotgun while visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs Harry Storer on Rt. 50 two miles east of Milford. The Milford Life Squad reported he had been despondent over ill health after retiring six months ago from Norwood Chevrolet after 36 years. His wife and Mrs. Storer, sisters, found him.
