Milford student case awaits state education board ruling
A Milford student with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome faced a two day educational hearing at Miami Township Hall on April 26 and 27. State-appointed referee Mr. Clark heard testimony from district personnel, the child's mother and doctors, and will submit a recommendation to the State Board of Education for Milford Board of Education final action. The state hearing followed an appeal of a Dec 11 decision and a court recorder captured testimonies for Clark to weigh in the coming month.
