Guilty in plotting murder in Clermont County case
A six by six juror panel found Bent guilty after a week long trial. Prosecutors said he hired a hit man to kill his ex wife Dusanteu in Mulberry last October. An undercover operation, with a bartender contact and a taped meeting, supported the case. Defense claimed only discussion, not intent to kill.
