Batavia Elementary School will hold kindergarten registration on Friday April 2 from 9 am to 3 pm for children entering kindergarten in the 1982 83 school year. To be eligible a child must be five years old by September 30 1982 and the event will take place in the kindergarten classrooms.
The Art Club of Glen Este High School announces a reunion for past members and officers. Alumni or those knowing their whereabouts should contact Mrs Dorothy McLean at Glen Este High School. Parents seeking teacher conferences are asked to call the high school between 9 am and 2 pm at 752 4520 to schedule 15 minute conferences as close to preferred times as possible.
Clermont Mercy Hospital and the Heart Association sponsor a two evening six hour CPR class for adults and infants on March 29 and March 31 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the hospital. Enrollment is limited and advance reservations are required. Call CMH Physical Medicine at 732-8207. A $3 tax deductible donation to the Heart Association helps cover training materials.
Glen Este High School announces a parent teacher conference on Thursday March 25 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday March 26 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will be no school for Glen Este students on March 26.
March 26 evangelistic meetings feature Jim Delashmit at Loveland Park Baptist Church nightly at 7 p.m. through Friday. Church at 2288 Lilac Dr hosts special preaching and singing with nursery and transportation provided. Pastor Mike Carpenter invites all to attend. call 683-6213 for details.

Navy man on leave Steve Brown son of Bruce Brown of Hawley Road Batavia has finished basic training in the US Navy and recently spent some time at home. Bob Harrilla won the color TV prize from the Owensville Firefighters Association on Saturday March 13. Several area families enjoyed vacations to Florida with Art and Virginia Hill returning recently and Mrs Bertha Hammons returning from Florida. Jim Christy minister at Owensville United Methodist Church and family also enjoyed a week in Florida. Belated anniversary wishes to Sherry and Jack Jordan on 29 years.
