Tipton project could reach 100 million development
Clermont County commissioners hold a public hearing on 5 million in community development revenue bonds for two 50 000 square foot buildings on 7 5 acres at Ward Corner Road and I 275. Tipton plans rapid financing and a mid April groundbreaking with long term hopes for a 115 acre Todd tract including hotel restaurant and luxury retail near affluent Cincinnati area communities.
