Local wrestlers win several matches at state meet
Clermont County wrestlers secured multiple victories at the Ohio state championships held at St. John’s Arena. In Class A Williamsburg Jeff Fee won his first match, while teammates Ed Ratcliff and Bob Guy along with Licking Heights competitor faced losses limiting indoor success. Class AA saw Hernes Shawn Orr advance then fall, and Class AAA highlighted Brian Morris and Glen Estes with mixed results.

Clermont County coaches to host 1982 football clinic
The Clermont County League Football Coaches Association will hold its 1982 clinic at New Richmond High School on March 20 with registration at 8:00 a.m. and speakers from Wilmington College Amelia High School Waynesville High School and Moeller High School. An $8 advance or $12 at the door registration includes lunch and benefits the CCLFCA to upgrade awards for teams and players.
