Dan Herzner and a team of 10 students will teach Red Cross Care of the Sick and Injured courses in Randolph county W Va After a week of training at Davis Elkins College the group from Cincinnati area will teach home nursing to Appalachian communities The program aims to develop youth leadership and health education through a joint Red Cross and Appalachian studies effort

Liquor Permit Transfers Sought in Clermont County
Ohio Department of Liquor Control Director Donald D. Cook said two Clermont County permits are under processing for ownership transfer. Dorothy Vorhees filed June 16 to transfer the Hill permits at 121 Goshen Pike Milford to her name. Troye Root filed June 17 to transfer Mattie Hensley dba Laurel Delicatessen permits at S R 232 Laurel to his name. Both permits authorize carry-out beer and wine sales.
