State Auditor Roger Cloud announced the final distribution of public utility taxes for poor relief before a July 1 welfare program reorganization. Clermont's share totals 46800 dollars. The new system shifts funds to the state general revenue and increases supervisory controls at the State Welfare Department. The final distribution totals 7280282.99 dollars including 2964925.93 dollars from the .65 percent tax and 4245357.06 dollars from the 1 percent tax.
