The article discusses duties of owners and lessees when transferring real estate. It notes that while general liability ends after sale or lease termination, dangers inherent to the property or left by others, such as grenades or dangerous features, remain the owner's or lessor's responsibility to prevent injuries, especially to children, including concealed defects known to the landlord.
