Local 192d Engineer Company Heads to Camp Perry Training
The 192d Engineer Company (DpTrk) based at 65 North Second St Batavia departs for a two week annual training at Camp Perry Ohio. Commanded by 1LT Edward G Brenner the unit of 3 officers 1 warrant officer and 100 enlisted men will support other guard units constructing roads and dikes at Magee Marsh Wildlife Area near Port Clinton. Training runs June 26 through July 10 and July 10 24 as some members return to monthly assemblies July 31.
