Modeling is mostly play for Clermont County boy
Derrick Tur echetl a two year old from Williamsville modeled children clothes for Gold Circle and Shillito's after a connection via a softball teammate. The session required two hours of orchestration with the child smiling on cue, riding a horse, and blowing a horn, though the mother notes it was fun and not pressured. Derrick’s mother, Mrs Burchett, manages a Kroger in Batavia and says the photo shoots are flexible thanks to cooperative co workers.

Grand jury action on Stevenson family killings eyed
Cler mont County prosecutors expect a grand jury hearing this month on the Stevenson family murders case. Richard Weston and Drucilla Merida Thompson face interstate transportation charges tied to a $6,000 diamond rig from the Stevenson home. Fireworks dealer Billy Stevenson and his family were shot in Bethel last July, with substantial cash and jewelry taken. U.S. Judge Steckler ordered attorneys to avoid discussing killing aspects since the trial hinges on robbery, not homicide.
