Planners reject Union Township barber shop rezoning
Clermont County planners turn down Leonard Dickerson’s request to change 1 acre on the south side of SR 32 to Business for a barber shop. They cite high speed traffic and potential congestion, saying Union Township already has ample business zoning nearby and that Business-6 is overzoning. The decision moves to the Union Township commission and then trustees. They also approved rezoning 5,786 acres on Cinema Drive in Miami Township from C Residence to B2 Business and heard plans to eliminate sidewalks in an approved subdivision.
