Avon Lake Patrolman Harry Klein known as Doc Klein reports his latest delivery at 5 am on June 23 in an Avon Lake home. A female newborn greeted him from the living room sofa as he and Patrolman Botts assisted in sending mother and child to Fairview Hospital. Klein, a former medic, has aided in 15 other deliveries, including eight for military families at Clark Air Base in the Philippines.
