Appeals court reverses verdict in Richter v. Wheeling RR

The district court of appeals overturned Common Pleas Judge A R Webber and remanded the James G Richter suit for trial. Richter seeks 25000 dollars for injuries from a car train collision at Huff's Crossing three miles west of Wellington on October 26 1929.
