Parma Safety Director Ever Kerr warns he will cite the rally organizer Dale Reusch of Lodi if the Ku Klux Klan event proceeds on a four acre Broadview Road site zoned residential. Kerr notes owner Frank Kalfas allowed the rally only if liability is voided and land cleaned after, but city zoning and safety rules prevent a license.
