Retired Birmingham principal donates books to memorial collection
Firelands high and junior high libraries received 30 donated volumes and funds after Judith Clark, a junior high student who died rescuing her sister in 1965, inspired a memorial collection started last May. Officials favor library development and tribute as Judy’s legacy. No pay telephones will be installed unless security improves after break ins.
