Absentee voting adopting computer punched ballots this year
Lorain County boards adopt computerized absentee voting and voter registration with punch card ballots and foam backed cards. Voters get instruction booklets showing ballot card numbers and must follow steps to vote and seal ballots by 7 30 p.m. on Election Day. Beginning Tuesday ballots are mailed on request.
