Number Three Continues Immigrant Case To Poland Return
NUMBER THREE reentered, legally, to the United States. This will take three or four months, it is estimated. Mrs. Pigeon will take her two children, one two and a half years old and the other a few months old with her. The trip will cost approximately $1,900. Mr. Pigon said he had planned to build a little home on a4 tot he owns here, but that the expense of sending his wife and children back to Poland and then return them to America will prevent this now. Hearings have been held and every means exhausted, they say, in an effort to overcome the vio lation of the immigration law, but nothing could be done except leave the country. If Mrs. Pigon failed to leave voluntarily, and was deported, she would be for ever barred from re-entering, it was explained. Her boat is to sail Monday. Immigration authorities set this date as the last day she may re main in the country.
