Bureau court to curb misleading all meat labels on frankfurters
A district court ruling by Judge Barrington D. Parker bars USDA from tolerating labels like all meat or all beef on frankfurters unless they are fully meat. The Federation of Homemakers led by Ruth Desmond argues such labels mislead consumers and mask non meat content.
