Ohio bar pass rate slips as more fail tougher exam
Ohio Supreme Court figures show 63.2 percent of February bar takers passed, down 12 points from July. Among nine schools, Akron led at 82 percent, Capital 71, Case Western 64, while Ohio State fell to 58. Repeaters and higher cut scores likely pushed the decline.
