Wellington man sues Ford Credit for over one million
Emmitt E. Reynolds of 4464 Route 162 East filed in Lorain County Common Pleas Court claiming Ford Motor Credit Co. damaged his credit rating by not clearing unpaid debts until November last year. He says the error caused $30,000 in damages and seeks $1 million in punitive damages. Judge Joseph Cirigliano assigned.

Pease pushes five bills to cut deficit by $12 billion
