Power restored to most after Ohio storm outages

Tree planting memory recalled as winds topple trunk
Elyria remembers a 1933 planting on Ohio Street near Ely Elementary when a small tree was set in place. Record winds toppled the tree Wednesday injuring an 11 year old and sending him to the hospital as bystanders watched in Ely.
