Nursing home vice president sues Gamma over control dispute
The vice president of God Samaritan Nursing Home filed suit in Cuyahoga County alleging authority over hiring and firing was usurped by Gumina who seeks to force him to sell his stake for 2.4 million while Gumina accuses mismanagement and slipshod operations. The suit also names alleged overcharges and threatened board changes.
