Stuffed Tomato Bakes With Bacon For Six Servings
Wash tomatoes and hollow them. Fill with baked beans from a No 2 can. Layer each tomato on a Canadian bacon slice, cross two half slices on top. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes until tomatoes are tender and bacon browns lightly. Serves six.
