Oberlin resident Harry Wilber, of 613 Beech Street, paid 19 596 dollars to acquire control of WOBL from Joseph P. Riccardi of Sandusky. The AM station will operate at 250 watts on 1570 kilocycles after construction on Route 20 near Route 58. Construction is to begin this fall and the transfer awaits final legal action though FCC approval is granted.
